Cozy Spa HK（以下簡稱「本平台」，網域為 cozyspahk.com）由 Cozy Infinity Limited（以下簡稱「本公司」，一間於香港特別行政區合法註冊之有限公司）營運及管理。本公司與本平台嚴格遵守香港特別行政區之各項法律法規，致力於打造高端、安全、具備極致私隱保障的現代空間美學與高階感官療癒撮合平台。所有訪問、註冊、使用本平台技術服務之獨立合作夥伴（高級療癒師）及預約用戶，均視為已完全理解並同意本聲明之全部內容。
本公司及本平台明令禁止並採取零容忍態度對待任何違反香港《刑事罪行條例》（香港法例第 200 章）之非法色情行為。本平台所設計之五星級客房理療流程，均基於科學香薰調頻、天然植物精油及專業肌肉舒壓。 理療過程中，因環境極度放鬆、血液循環加快、神經系統修復而產生的任何男性或女性自然生理或官能反應，均屬於正常之自然生物科學現象。雙方已透過平台雙向測評系統（v3.4 系統）對此達成高度科學共識。獨立療癒師將以專業、健康之態度應對，並嚴禁將上述自然生理反應延伸或轉化為任何形式的非法性交易。任何用戶或療癒師之個人違法行為，均屬其個人刑事責任，概與本平台無涉。
本平台為保障高淨值貴賓與獨立療癒師的絕對安全，全面實施「三方隱私隔離與動態數據銷毀機制」。平台在服務完成後 24 小時內，會自動抹除用戶提交之酒店房號及即時入住憑證等敏感數據。若使用者因私下、非官方管道交換聯絡方式（如 WhatsApp、微信、社交媒體）而導致之私隱洩露、財產損失、人身糾紛或私單漏財風險，本平台不承擔任何法律、民事或連帶賠償責任。
本平台非一般大眾化上門服務，我們嚴格執行「雙向權限動態風控」。所有尋求品牌技術撮合之獨立合作夥伴，均須自主提交 15 項天賦行為心理數據以供平台系統匹配；所有預約用戶亦必須通過 10 項貴賓信用與紳士禮儀篩選。本平台有權根據風控系統之評估報告，全權決定拒絕或終止任何不符合圈層純粹性、或具備潛在麻煩與安全隱患之帳戶權限，且無需承擔任何違約責任。
本平台具備完善的風險規管系統。若獨立療癒師在提供五星級客房理療服務過程中，感受到任何即時人身安全威脅、非自願性肢體越界、言語不敬或違反本平台安全指引之行為，獨立療癒師有權全權決定立即終止服務並離場。本平台風控機制將全面啟動以協助理療師，用戶所支付之所有預約費用與押金將作為違約金全額沒收，且本平台與獨立療癒師保留追究刑事與民事法律責任之權利。
所有申請加入本平台之獨立合作夥伴，均在完全知情、自願及無任何強迫的前提下，完成了本平台之系統技術對接。本公司與獨立合作夥伴之間不存在任何形式的僱傭、實質勞資或實質代理關係。合作夥伴均為獨立之「獨立承攬人（Independent Contractor）」，享有完全自主的接單決策權。合作夥伴在服務與理療過程中的所有個人行為，均屬其自主商業決策，須對其自身行為負有完整及最終之法律與刑事責任。
本平台內「The Cozy Collection」所包含之高奢酒店體驗文案與引導至第三方平台（如 Trip.com）的外部客房預訂連結，僅作為全港空間美學推薦之便利目的。本平台與該等第三方平台在法律與財務上完全解耦。用戶在第三方平台上進行的任何酒店預訂、信用卡交易、資訊收集或退改糾紛，均由該第三方平台獨立承擔，概與本平台無涉。
Cozy Spa HK (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”, with the domain cozyspahk.com) is operated and managed by Cozy Infinity Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, a limited liability company legally registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region). The Company and the Platform strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), and are fully committed to establishing a premium, secure, and highly privacy-protected platform for modern spatial aesthetics and high-end therapeutic wellness matchmaking. Any independent partners (Advanced Therapists) and users who access, register, or utilize the technological services of the Platform are deemed to have fully understood and unconditionally agreed to all terms specified in this Disclaimer.
The Company and the Platform strictly prohibit and maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any illegal sexual acts or prostitution offenses in violation of the Crimes Ordinance (Chapter 200 of the Laws of Hong Kong). All five-star in-room therapeutic routines designed by the Platform are strictly based on scientific aromatherapy tuning, natural botanical essential oils, and professional muscle decompression. Any natural male or female physiological or physical reactions occurring during the therapy due to profound relaxation, accelerated blood circulation, or nervous system repair are deemed normal biological and scientific phenomena. Both parties have reached a high level of scientific consensus on this through the Platform’s two-way assessment system (System 3.1 and System 3.3). Independent therapists shall manage such occurrences with a strictly professional, healthy, and objective attitude. It is strictly forbidden to extend or convert any such natural physical reactions into any form of illegal sexual transactions. Any individual illegal conduct by users or therapists shall remain their sole criminal liability and is entirely independent of the Platform.
To safeguard the absolute safety of high-net-worth guests and independent therapists, the Platform fully enforces a “Tri-Party Privacy Isolation and Dynamic Data Purge Mechanism.” The Platform automatically erases highly sensitive personal itinerary data, such as hotel room numbers and real-time check-in credentials, within 24 hours post-session. The Platform expressly disclaims any and all legal, civil, or joint liabilities for any privacy leaks, financial losses, personal disputes, or off-platform transaction leakage arising from users exchanging contact information (such as WhatsApp, WeChat, social media) via unauthorized, non-official channels.
The Platform does not cater to the mass market; we strictly execute a “Bi-Directional Account Risk Control Protocol.” All independent partners seeking technological matchmaking must autonomously submit 13 talent psychological data points for platform system filtering, and all booking users must pass 10 credit and etiquette screenings. The Platform reserves the absolute right, based on risk control evaluation reports, to disable or refuse account privileges for any user or partner who fails to meet our circle’s standard or presents potential risks of dispute, without incurring any liability for breach of contract.
The Platform maintains a comprehensive risk management protocol. If an independent therapist experiences any immediate threat to personal safety, non-consensual physical transgression, verbal disrespect, or any behavior violating the Platform’s safety guidelines during a five-star in-room session, the independent therapist retains full autonomy to terminate the service immediately and leave the premises. The Platform’s risk control mechanism will be fully deployed to protect the therapist. All booking fees and deposits paid by the user shall be forfeited in full as liquidated damages, and both the Platform and the independent therapist reserve all rights to pursue full criminal and civil legal actions.
All independent partners applying to utilise the Platform do so on a completely voluntary, fully informed basis without any form of coercion, having personally initiated and completed the Platform’s systemic technical on-boarding. No employment, labour-management, or principal-agent relationship exists between the Company, the Platform, and the independent partners. All partners operate strictly as “Independent Contractors” and maintain absolute autonomy over their scheduling and booking acceptance. Any individual actions undertaken by the partner represent their own independent business decisions. The partner shall bear sole, ultimate, and full civil and criminal liabilities for their own conduct.
The luxury hotel experience copy and external booking links directing to third-party platforms (such as Trip.com) under “The Cozy Collection” are provided solely for the convenience of architectural and spatial aesthetics recommendations in Hong Kong. The Platform is completely decoupled legally and financially from such third-party platforms. Any hotel reservations, credit card transactions, data collection, or cancellation disputes incurred by users on third-party platforms shall be borne entirely by the respective third-party platform and have no relation to the Platform.
