Cozy Spa（以下簡稱「本平台」，網域為 cozyspahk.com）由 Cozy Infinity Limited（以下簡稱「本公司」，一間於香港合法註冊之有限公司）營運及管理。本公司與本平台嚴格遵守香港特別行政區之各項法律法規，致力於打造高端、安全、去中心化的現代空間美學療癒平台。所有訪問、註冊或使用本平台技術服務之獨立合作夥伴（包括但不限於獨立理療師）及用戶，均視為已完全理解並同意本聲明之全部內容。
1. 刑事與法律免責：
本公司及本平台明令禁止並採取零容忍態度對待任何違反香港《刑事罪行條例》之非法色情行為。本平台所設計及推廣之理療流程，均基於科學香薰調頻、經絡穴位及專業肌肉舒壓。理療過程中，因血液循環加快、神經系統放鬆而產生的任何男性或女性自然生理反應，均屬於正常之自然生理科學現象。獨立理療師將以專業（Professional）、健康之態度應對與化解，並嚴禁將上述生理反應延伸或轉化為任何形式的非法性交易。
2. 人身安全與風控機制：
本平台具備完善的風險規管與安全防護系統，所有預約客源均經過平台嚴格的身份與信用篩選。若獨立理療師在提供私人療癒服務過程中，感受到任何即時人身安全威脅、非自願性肢體越界或違反本平台安全指引之行為，獨立理療師有權全權決定立即終止服務並離場。本平台風控機制將全面啟動以協助理療師，並保留沒收客戶預約押金及追究法律責任之權利。
3. 獨立承攬關係與自願性契約:
所有加入本平台之獨立合作夥伴，均在完全知情、自願及無任何強迫的前提下，親手填寫並通過本平台的系統審查與問卷考核。本公司、本平台與理療師之間不存在任何形式的僱傭、實質勞資或實質代理關係。理療師均為「獨立承攬人」，享有完全自主的接單決策權。理療師在服務過程中的所有個人行為，均屬其自主商業決策，並須對其自身行為負有完整及最終之法律與刑事責任，本公司及本平台概不承擔任何連帶法律責任。
Legal Compliance & Disclaimer
Cozy Spa (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”, with the domain cozyspahk.com) is operated and managed by Cozy Infinity Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, a limited liability company legally registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region). The Company and the Platform strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), and are fully committed to establishing a high-end, secure, and decentralized platform for modern spatial aesthetics and therapeutic wellness. Any independent partners (including but not limited to independent therapists) and users who access, register, or utilize the technological matchmaking services of the Platform are deemed to have fully understood and unconditionally agreed to all terms specified in this Disclaimer.
1. Criminal and Legal Disclaimer:
The Company and the Platform strictly prohibit and maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any illegal sexual acts or prostitution offenses in violation of the Crimes Ordinance (Chapter 200 of the Laws of Hong Kong). All therapeutic routines designed and promoted by the Platform are strictly based on scientific aromatherapy tuning, meridian acupoints, and professional muscle decompression. Any natural male or female physiological reactions occurring during the therapy due to accelerated blood circulation or nervous system relaxation are deemed normal biological and scientific phenomena. Independent therapists shall manage and address such occurrences with a strictly professional, healthy, and objective attitude. It is strictly forbidden to extend or convert any such physical reactions into any form of illegal sexual transactions.
2. Personal Safety and Risk Control Mechanism:
The Platform maintains a comprehensive risk management and personal safety protocol, whereby all incoming booking requests undergo rigorous identity and credit vetting. If an independent therapist experiences any immediate threat to personal safety, non-consensual physical transgression, or any behavior violating the Platform’s safety guidelines during the private session, the independent therapist retains full autonomy to terminate the service immediately and leave the premises. The Platform’s risk control mechanism will be fully deployed to protect the therapist, and the Platform reserves all rights to forfeit the client’s deposit and pursue full legal actions.
3. Independent Contractor Relationship and Voluntary Agreement:
All independent partners joining the Platform do so on a completely voluntary, fully informed basis without any form of coercion, having personally completed and passed the Platform’s systemic vetting and questionnaire assessment. No employment, labor-management, or principal-agent relationship exists between the Company, the Platform, and the independent therapists. All therapists operate strictly as “Independent Contractors” and maintain full autonomy over their booking acceptance. Any individual actions undertaken by the therapist during the provision of services represent their own independent business decisions. The therapist shall bear sole, ultimate, and full civil and criminal liabilities for their own conduct, and the Company and the Platform expressly disclaimer any and all vicarious or joint liabilities arising therefrom.
