本協議備有中文及英文版本。如中、英文版本有任何歧異或衝突，概以英文版本為準。 This agreement is available in both Chinese and English versions. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
本公司（Cozy Infinity Limited）極度重視使用者的私隱與資產安全。本《私隱政策》旨在說明本平台在營運「高奢客房上門服務撮合系統」時，如何收集、使用、處理及保護您的個人資料。
一般資訊：聯絡電郵、聯絡資訊及 Cookie 數據。
招募端（獨立合作夥伴問卷）：提交之個人天賦能力測評、對商業風險與安全邊界之認知答案、以及服從性與團隊策略認同數據。
預約端（尊尚貴賓問卷及 Booking 表單）：酒店下榻名稱、即時入住房號、實名認證名片/公司郵箱、以及對特定植物精油成分之過敏史與敏感健康數據。
鑑於本平台服務場域之特殊性，針對預約用戶所提交之極度敏感個人行程資料（如五星級酒店房號、即時入住憑證），本平台承諾實施「動態數據銷毀機制（Dynamic Data Purge）」。此類數據僅用於該次服務的安全性審查與獨立療癒師的精準調度。一旦該次理療服務安全完成，系統將在 24 小時內自動、永久性地從伺服器中抹除房號與入住憑證數據，絕不作長期存檔。
本平台在數據層面強制執行「三方隔離協定」。我們不會向獨立療癒師透露客戶的真實商務背景或名片細節（僅提供房號與調度資訊）；同時，我們亦不會向客戶透露獨立療癒師的任何真實身份或私人聯絡方式。所有數據交互均透過平台中介系統進行加密處理，從技術源頭切斷私訊外流與私單風險。
本平台「The Cozy Collection」中包含引導至第三方平台（如 Trip.com）的外部連結。當您跳轉至該等第三方平台進行酒店客房預訂時，您所填寫的任何信用卡、身份證件或行程資訊，均由該第三方平台獨立收集與保護。本平台不接觸、不儲存、亦無法調閱您在第三方平台上的任何交易數據。
我們採用業界標準的加密技術（SSL/TLS）來保護在線傳輸的數據。除法律強制要求或本政策明文規定（如用戶違反安全條款，平台需向法律機構提供證據）外，本平台絕不將您的個人資料出售、出租或洩露給任何外部第三方。
The Company (Cozy Infinity Limited) attaches the utmost importance to user privacy and asset security. This Privacy Policy is designed to explain how the Platform collects, uses, processes, and protects your personal data while operating our premium in-room wellness matchmaking system.
General Information: Contact email, general correspondence details, and Cookie data.
Recruitment Side (Independent Partner Questionnaire): Submitted talent and capability assessments, behavioral answers regarding business risk and safety boundaries, and compliance/strategic alignment data.
Booking Side (Premium Guest Questionnaire & Booking Form): Booked hotel names, real-time check-in room numbers, real-name verifications/business cards/corporate email data, and sensitive health information such as allergy history to specific botanical essential oil components.
Due to the unique nature of our service venues, regarding the highly sensitive personal itinerary data (such as five-star hotel room numbers and real-time check-in credentials) submitted by users during the booking process, the Platform strictly enforces a “Dynamic Data Purge Mechanism.” Such data is utilized solely for security clearing of the specific service session and precise dispatching of the independent therapist. Upon the successful and safe completion of the session, the system will automatically and permanently erase all room number and check-in credential data from our servers within 24 hours, ensuring no long-term archival storage.
The Platform mandates a “Tri-Party Isolation Protocol” at the data level. We do not disclose the client’s real business background or business card details to the independent therapist (providing only the room number and dispatching info); simultaneously, we do not disclose any real identity or private contact information of the independent therapist to the client. All data interactions are encrypted and processed through the Platform’s intermediary system, completely mitigating the risk of off-platform communication and unauthorized leakages.
“The Cozy Collection” section on this Platform contains external links directing users to third-party platforms (such as Trip.com). When you click through to such third-party platforms for hotel room reservations, any credit card, identification, or travel itinerary information you fill out is collected and protected independently by that third-party platform. The Platform does not access, store, or have the capacity to review any of your transaction data on third-party platforms.
We implement industry-standard encryption technologies (SSL/TLS) to protect data transmitted online. Except as strictly required by law or explicitly stated in this policy (e.g., providing evidence to law enforcement bodies in the event of a user violating safety and conduct terms), the Platform will never sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to any external third party.
